The basics of using this site and working with us. Short, readable, and free of the usual wall of shouting capitals.
01 The short version
Use the site sensibly, the work and words on it are ours, and any real project is governed by the proposal or agreement we sign with you, not by this page. Be decent and we will get along just fine.
02 Who these terms are with
This site is run by OhhMyDesign, an independent design and development studio. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, that is okay, just do not use the site.
03 What this site is
This website tells you who we are and what we make. It is information and a way to start a conversation. On its own it is not an offer, a quote, or a contract.
04 Using the site
Please do not try to break, scrape, overload, or misuse the site, and do not use it for anything unlawful. Normal human browsing is, of course, very welcome.
05 Our content
The design, code, copy, and visuals here are ours or licensed to us. Take inspiration, that is the point of putting work in public, but please do not lift the site or its assets wholesale.
06 Project work
Any work we do for you is defined by a separate proposal, statement of work, or agreement that we both sign. Where that document and this page disagree, that document wins. Ownership, timelines, and payment all live there.
07 Links elsewhere
We sometimes link out, for example to our scheduling tool or social profiles. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them.
08 The site is provided as is
We work hard to keep the site accurate and online, but we offer it without warranties. Things can change, go offline, or contain the occasional typo we will quietly fix.
09 Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or knock-on losses from using this website. Nothing here removes liability that cannot legally be removed.
10 Your privacy
How we handle your information is covered in our Privacy Policy. It is short and worth a read.
11 Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the studio evolves. The current version always lives here, with the date at the top.
12 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be handled by the courts there, unless your local law requires otherwise.
