Plain language, no dark patterns. Here is exactly what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
01 The short version
We are a two-person studio. We collect the little you send us, mostly an email and a project brief, use it to reply and do the work, never sell it, and delete it when it is no longer needed. That is the whole thing. Everything below is just the detail.
02 Who we are
OhhMyDesign is an independent design and development studio. When this policy says we, us, or the studio, that is who we mean. You can reach us any time at hello@ohhmydesign.com.
03 What we collect
Two kinds. Things you hand us: your name, email, company, links, and whatever you write in the contact form or an email, so we can reply. And things gathered automatically when you visit: basic, privacy-respecting analytics like page views and country-level location, plus standard server logs.
04 How we use it
To reply to your message, scope and deliver work you have asked for, keep the site running, and understand which pages are actually useful. That is it. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not enjoy spam any more than you do.
05 Cookies and analytics
We keep cookies to a minimum. Any analytics we run are aggregate and are not used to follow you around the web. If we ever add something that needs your consent, we will ask first, clearly.
07 How long we keep it
Enquiries and project messages are kept while we are talking and for a reasonable period after, in case the conversation picks back up. Ask us to delete it and we will, unless we are legally required to hold on to it.
08 Your choices and rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@ohhmydesign.com and we will sort it out, usually within a few days.
09 Security
We use reputable providers and sensible practices to protect the little we hold. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your information the way we would want ours treated.
10 Where your data lives
We are a remote studio based in India, working with clients worldwide. Your information may be processed in other countries by the providers above. We only use providers we trust to handle it responsibly.
11 Children
This site and our work are meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
12 Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will be obvious, not buried in a paragraph.
